You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies however we are not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company / postal authorities.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call on 9845030912 or mail us at maheshbhatpublishing@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by signing in and viewing your order section. Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations
*Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same
Cancellations and Modifications to your order
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated the process of producing/ shipping your order.
Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the above terms.
Replacement/ Refund
Damaged Delivery:
Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit, you can decline to accept such an order and update us on the same. We shall send you a replacement piece.
If the product is delivered to you in a broken/damaged state. Please email us a picture of the same within 24 hours to maheshbhatpublishing@gmail.com to initiate a refund/ replacement on the same.
Incorrect Delivery
In an unlikely event, where the product that is delivered to you differs from its description, is materially different or differs in size, colour or quantity from what had been ordered by you, we would be happy rectify the error, if possible.

The authorisation to approve a refund would be at the discretion of Mahesh Bhat. Once the damaged/ incorrect product is received by us in its original state and has been approved by our Quality Team, you shall be provided with a store credit towards the full amount paid by you for the product. Or, upon your request, proceed with the refund of the amount back to your credit card/ debit card/ bank account, in which case return shipping charges and transaction fees might be applicable.
